Celebrating the 2015 Jerwood Fiction Uncovered Winners: Bethan Roberts

Every week until the beginning of September, we’re celebrating one of this year’s Jerwood Fiction Uncovered Prize winning authors.

This week we’re celebrating 2015 winner, Bethan Roberts who won with her novel, Mother Island.

“Bethan Roberts’ Mother Island is a brilliant mix of psychological thriller meets family drama. We have abducted babies, familial jealousies and childhood secrets combining in a prime example of suburban noir.” Simon Savidge, blogger and journalist

Keep an eye out for updates over the coming week and have a read of the first chapter here.
